We schedule a time to visit the homeowner and discuss the sale. During this meeting, we will leave a contract for your review. We charge a flat commission fee of 40% on standard home goods. However, for fine art, jewelry, and automobiles, we offer a sliding commission rate that can be as low as 10%, depending on the item's value. Our sales typically yield a profit return that is 40-60% higher than our competitors, and we often achieve a full sell-through of entire homes. Our website attracts over 50,000 registered buyers across multiple platforms. A vetted photography team will arrive on a pre-scheduled date to photograph, tag, and curate the items to be sold. This process takes between one to two days. Following this, the sale will be published on our website. We will return to the home on the designated pick-up day. Rest assured, your address and possessions will remain private throughout the sale process. Most sales take approximately 21 to 28 days from the initial meeting to settlement, although this timeline may be longer for larger or collector homes.

After Your Sale
What Happens Next
Your sale is over, this is the only time your address is given out and only to the buyers with an exact time for pick up. Our team will arrive at the home at a designated time and meet the buyers. This takes between 3 to 4 hours, with a 99+% sell-through of all items listed there is rarely a need for a clean out, if you do need a clean out we can help with that too. Our sales have a 40-60% higher return than competitors.
You will receive your payment within 5-7 business days depending on the payment method you chose when you signed your contract, and a line items settlement will be emailed to you.
